Line 01 — BPO roleOrder Management
Don't waste your time chasing documents. Order management is a full day's work that never appears on anyone's job description — so it lands on whoever is standing closest.
The role, in our own words
Don't waste your time chasing documents. Let us manage your order management needs and streamline the process. Our team has the people and processes in place to achieve this task more efficiently, allowing you to focus on other essential tasks. Paradygm Back-Office Services
That is the role stated plainly: the chasing, done by someone whose actual job it is, at a flat monthly rate — instead of by a clinician between patients, at a clinical rate.
We know this role because it was our problem first
Paradygm did not arrive at order management through a market study. We arrived at it as an operator.
In 1997 we formed a durable medical equipment company, which later expanded in 2013 with the acquisition of a home health care agency. Our patient census reached over 140 — and we still encountered challenges with overhead costs associated with Intake, Care Coordination, Orders Management, 485's, Discharges, Prior Authorization, QA, and more.
Orders management is on that list by name. It is one of the specific cost centres that sent us looking for a different staffing model in the first place, and the reason this company exists at all.
Margins are won or lost at intake, coding, and documentation. Home Care 101 — Paradygm Health Group
What you're buying
A dedicated remote employee — ours to recruit, train, supervise and replace — exclusively assigned to your company, working full-time in your systems and on your workflows. The seat is staffed by a Customer Service Representative.
- Dedicated, not shared. Your employee works only for your company. We do have a timesharing program for smaller organizations, but we encourage the dedicated program.
- Flat monthly rate. One rate per dedicated employee. No recruiting cost, no benefits load.
- Cover is included. Cross-trained floaters cover your dedicated employee when they take time off, so the work doesn't stack up while they're away.
- Month to month. We prioritise long-term relationships over long-term agreements. Cancel anytime if you're not satisfied.
Is outsourcing even allowed?
It is the first question every Medicare provider asks, and it deserves a direct answer. If you are a Medicare provider, you should not outsource directly to the Philippines. Instead you contract with us — a non-Medicare provider — to handle the offshoring for you.
On HIPAA: we provide quarterly HIPAA training to every employee who handles Electronic Protected Health Information, and we conduct unannounced audits of employees. Technical and administrative safeguards — encryption, access controls and monitoring systems — sit behind that. We do not handle clinical matters; we assist you and your staff with back-office work.
Where it sits
Order management and documentation management are neighbours — both are about a document getting where it needs to go before it costs you something. Prior authorization clears the payer; intake starts the record. Most organizations start with one role and add from there.

Eight roles, hired individually or as a chain. Most organizations start with one and add from there.
Who is chasing your documents right now?
If the honest answer is "whoever has a minute", that's the finding. It's a real job, and it's cheaper to staff it than to keep paying for it sideways.
