Line 01 — BPO roleData Entry
Someone dependable to enter data, without spending your own resources on it. The plainest role on the line, and the easiest one to be quietly overpaying for.
The role, in our own words
Need someone dependable to enter data without wasting your valuable resources? Let our team handle your data entry needs, allowing you to save time and money… Paradygm Back-Office Services
There is not much more to say about it than that, so we won't invent any. Data entry is a real, constant, non-clinical workload, and the question is only ever who does it and at what rate.
What you're buying
A dedicated remote employee — ours to recruit, train, supervise and replace — exclusively assigned to your company, working full-time in your systems and on your workflows. The seat is staffed by a Customer Service Representative.
- Dedicated, not shared. Your employee works only for your company. We do have a timesharing program for smaller organizations, but we encourage the dedicated program.
- Flat monthly rate. One rate per dedicated employee. No recruiting cost, no benefits load, no turnover cost.
- Cover is included. Cross-trained floaters cover your dedicated employee when they take time off, so the backlog doesn't build while they're away.
- Month to month. We prioritise long-term relationships over long-term agreements. Cancel anytime if you're not satisfied.
The goal we started with in 2015 is the one we still quote: significantly cut down on human resource expenses by utilising remote staff from the Philippines, potentially saving up to 50%. With more than 25 years of expertise in healthcare management, we recruit, train and supervise those employees ourselves.
This page is deliberately short. Data entry is described in one line in our own material, and stretching that line into three screens of copy would tell you nothing true that this page doesn't already.
Is outsourcing even allowed?
It is the first question every Medicare provider asks, and it deserves a direct answer. If you are a Medicare provider, you should not outsource directly to the Philippines. Instead you contract with us — a non-Medicare provider — to handle the offshoring for you.
On HIPAA: we provide quarterly HIPAA training to every employee who handles Electronic Protected Health Information, and we conduct unannounced audits of employees. Technical and administrative safeguards — encryption, access controls and monitoring systems — sit behind that. We do not handle clinical matters; we assist you and your staff with back-office work.
Where it sits
Data entry is the floor of the line — no clinical judgement, no payer contact, just volume. The roles above it are where the judgement lives: intake, prior authorization, and QA, which is staffed by nurses and therapists rather than CSRs. Most organizations start with one and add from there.
The other roles on this line.
Eight roles, hired individually or as a chain. Most organizations start with one and add from there.
What are you paying per keystroke?
Nobody knows, because it's never a line item — it's absorbed into salaries of people hired to do something else. That's the whole point.
