All clinical operations are overseen by our experienced U.S.-based team, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance, while non-clinical support tasks are managed by our skilled back-office team in the Philippines.

Operations, not clinical

The clinical work is rarely the problem

Across chronic care, remote monitoring, home health and wound care, the same pattern holds: programs don't fail because the medicine is wrong. They fail because time isn't tracked, consent isn't documented, data doesn't transmit and claims go out late. So that's what we build around.

Compliance first

Revenue without compliance structure is a liability

Every program we run is under active federal scrutiny — MACs, UPICs, the OIG. We'd rather build the documentation infrastructure before the revenue than explain a recoupment afterwards. Compliance isn't the brake on the program; it's the thing that lets it last.

Oversight stays home

U.S. clinical oversight, offshore administrative scale

Clinical judgement and compliance accountability sit with our U.S.-based team. Administrative volume goes to our healthcare-trained team in the Philippines, working under that supervision. If you're a Medicare provider, you contract with us — a non-Medicare provider — rather than offshoring directly, and we handle only back-office work, never clinical matters.

Earn it monthly

Long-term relationships, not long-term agreements

Our agreements are monthly. If we're not delivering, one month's notice and you're out. We'd rather be kept than contracted.

Our people

Our organization comprises a team of registered nurses and nurse practitioners located nationwide, collaborating under a unified infrastructure to deliver an outsourcing solution led by registered nurses. Chart review and compliance audits are RN-led. Quality assurance is performed by nurses and physical therapists.

On the back-office side, our Philippines team is healthcare-trained and supervised under U.S. oversight, with a compliance department that understands PHI rules and regulations, runs regular HIPAA training, and performs periodic internal audits.

Where we're heading — P-Care

Launching in 2026, P-Care is our custom-built EMR designed to complement — not replace — the system you already run. Built specifically to support the way we deliver back-office services, this lightweight platform focuses on workflow integration. It bridges gaps in compliance tracking, billing coordination and documentation workflow to help practices stay audit-ready and financially healthy.

By aligning our support services more closely with your day-to-day operations, we aim to improve efficiency, reduce risk and strengthen cashflow.
